De weelderige, goed onderhouden groene gazons van Devon House en het statige Devon House Mansion vormen een adembenemend mooie achtergrond voor foto's.

Houd rekening met het volgende beleid en de volgende richtlijnen bij het plannen van uw fotoshoot bij Devon House:

​

  • We staan ​​het gebruik van persoonlijke camera's toe op het open terrein van Devon House en in het Devon House Mansion. Fotografie in een van de winkels en / of restaurants is toegestaan ​​door de eigenaar (s) van de winkel / het restaurant. Opnamen die met uw camera zijn gemaakt, mogen niet commercieel of voor publicatie worden gebruikt, en uw fotografie mag de normale werking van Devon House niet verstoren.

  • We staan ​​niet toe dat er zonder voorafgaande toestemming foto's worden gemaakt van het Devon House Mansion.

  • Videografie is ten strengste verboden in het Devon House Mansion

Het is een feit dat u zich geen zorgen hoeft te maken.

Fotografiesessies voor familiefoto's, verlovingen, verjaardagen, bruiloften en andere speciale evenementen zijn toegestaan, maar moeten van tevoren worden geregeld via de afdeling Marketing en Evenementen van Devon House. Voor deze diensten wordt een fotografievergunning gevraagd. Devon House staat het gebruik van zijn naam, afbeelding of collecties voor commerciële doeleinden zonder voorafgaande toestemming niet toe.

ALL RATES QUOTED ATTRACT GCT OF 15% AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. RATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR WEEKEND AND OFF-HOUR SHOOTS, IF APPLICABLE

Clients who wish to conduct photoshoots for special events including but not limited to
weddings, engagements, pregnancy, and birthdays, are given access to the Formal
Gardens and/or  Mansion (Ballroom & Stairs only)  for a maximum of two (2) hours.

Personal Photography

Clients who wish to utilize the Mansion to shoot TV commercials, music videos, films, etc. will be given access to the property for a maximum of eight (8) hours.

Rental of Mansion

Clients who wish to conduct photoshoots, the images of which will appear in advertisements, business social media accounts, magazines, newspapers; or other specified forms of printed and/or digital collateral, will be given access to the property for a maximum of three (3) hours. This includes both indoor and outdoor locations.

Clients who wish to conduct film shoots for TV commercials, music videos, films, etc. will be given access to the property for a maximum of three (3) hours. This includes both indoor and outdoor locations.

Commercial Filming

Please note the following policies and guidelines when planning your photoshoot at Devon House:

​

  • We permit the use of personal cameras on the open grounds of Devon House and inside the Devon House Mansion. Photography inside any of the shops and/or restaurants are permitted by the owner(s) of the shop/restaurant. Images taken with your camera may not be used commercially or for publication, and your photography may not interfere with the normal operations of Devon House.

  • We do not permit photos being taken of the Devon House Mansion without prior permission.

  • Videography is strictly prohibited inside the Devon House Mansion
